• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• A positive and professional demeanor
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays
