Full job description

Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance works in residential and commercial buildings.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, lighting systems, DB panels, water leakage, drainage blockages, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.

Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Install, repair, and replace electrical and plumbing components when required.

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.

Basic English communication skills.
UAE experience will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
