Telesales Executive

Full job description

In the role of Telesales Executive, you will generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their branding and advertising needs, and promoting Vaaoโ€™s graphic and display solutions to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in targeted industries (retail stores, events, exhibitions, corporate, F&B, real estate, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branding, printing, signage and display solutions offered by VAAO
  • Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Record client interactions and update CRM with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with design/production teams to ensure client requirements are captured clearly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets.
  • Maintain product/service knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
โœ” Proven ability to sell over the phone and effectively engage key decision-makers
โœ” Goal-oriented mindset with a positive and customer-focused approach
โœ” Capable of understanding basic advertising and branding concepts and confidently presenting solutions
โœ” Previous B2B telesales experience will be an added advantage
โœ” Comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising and production environment

  • Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
