Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive who is eager to build a career in the UAE business setup industry. The ideal candidate should be a native Tamil speaker with good English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with company formation processes for Mainland and Free Zone companies
  • Coordinate with the PRO team for all government-related procedures and approvals
  • Support trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Assist with visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and related documentation
  • Prepare and organize client documents for government and Free Zone submissions
  • Follow up with clients regarding required documents and application status
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
  • Learn and understand UAE business setup procedures, licensing requirements, and compliance regulations
  • Assist in daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of client requests
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations department as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed (mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Tamil (Native Speaker) โ€“ Mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the business setup industry
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
