Role Overview:
The Real Estate Broker would be responsible for driving property sales by engaging with clients, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
This role is commission-based with no monthly salary, and earnings are solely performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:ย Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Market Analysis:ย Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Lead Management:ย Handle high-quality leads by continuous telecommunication to maximize sales opportunities and performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English language; Russian and other European languages are a strong advantage
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing mastery
- Highly disciplined, self-driven, and target-focused
- Sales experience, UAE Drivers License & own residency would be preferred
