We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Operations & Cleaning Assistant to join our water sports team in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all water sports equipment, including jet skis, boats, life jackets, kayaks, SUPs, and accessories.
• Keep the beach, storage areas, office, and customer areas clean and organized at all times.
• Wash and properly store equipment after use.
• Arrange and organize tools, spare parts, fuel containers, and operational items.
• Assist the operations team with daily setup and closing duties.
• Help customers with life jackets and equipment preparation when required.
• Report damaged or missing equipment to management.
• Support general beach operations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collect and dispose of waste to keep the workplace clean and professional.

Requirements:

• Must be able to swim confidently.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, beach operations, or water sports is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
