Job Summary:

Zaina Cafe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Umm Al Quwain branch. The ideal candidate must have prior café or coffee shop management experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer service.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Actively promote the café and its products within the local community.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, nearby businesses, and customers.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise café staff.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare duty schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Control

• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and branch profitability.
• Control costs, wastage, and inventory levels.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Inventory & Procurement

• Ensure proper stock management and ordering of supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Café Manager, Coffee Shop Manager, or Branch Manager in the F&B industry.
• Café experience is mandatory.
• Proven sales and business development skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Ability to travel for business development and branch-related activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
