Job Title: Visit Visa Operations Executive (2 Positions)

Location: Abu Dhabi (AUH Branch) / Dubai (DXB) – Preferably Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently hiring for 2 Visit Visa Operations Executives to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for handling end-to-end visit visa processing and related operational work for our AUH and DXB branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete visit visa application processing.
• Coordinate with clients for document collection and submission.
• Manage visa documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with immigration systems and updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and processing.
• Maintain records and ensure timely completion of applications.
• Handle client queries related to visa status and requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in visit visa operations or immigration processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for immediate joining or short notice.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have their own visa.

Salary:

AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 (Based on experience)
