We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations and documentation activities of our cargo company.
Job Responsibilities
– Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and relocation documentation.
– Perform daily data entry to CRM and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
– Maintain operational databases, spreadsheets, and customer records.
– Coordinate with operations, warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
– Monitor and update shipment status information.
– Maintain inventory records and track operational materials.
– Prepare reports and operational summaries as required by management.
– Organize physical and digital documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
– Assist in customer file management and document verification.
– Handle administrative and operational support tasks assigned by management.
– Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
– Support daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
– Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in operations, logistics, documentation, administration, or a similar role (preferred).
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
– Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
– Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
– Strong communication skills in English.
– Knowledge of cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or relocation documentation will be an advantage.
– Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
