Bartender

Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring an excellent guest experience, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed and informing management of shortages.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed, such as serving food or assisting with special events.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
