Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
The Senior Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, operational efficiency, brand compliance, and events. This role plays a key part in new store openings, special events, and operational rollouts, working closely with operations, HR, and brand teams to support business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Outlet Operations
- Supervise and support operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Ensure all outlets comply with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards
- Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance checks
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
Team Supervision & Support
- Guide and support Team Leaders and Operations Lead in daily operations.
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and deployment across locations
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members
- Act as a point of escalation for operational issues
New Store Openings
- Support pre-opening activities including readiness checks, staffing, and training
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during store launch phases
- Ensure new outlets are operationally compliant from day one
- Provide post-opening support to stabilize operations
Events & Special Projects
- Oversee operational planning and execution for events and pop-ups
- Ensure manpower, logistics, and operational requirements are met
- Monitor event performance and address issues in real time
- Prepare post-event reports and improvement plans
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, cost control, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Support implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives
- Assist in incident management and resolution
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management
- Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams
- Support senior management with operational insights and recommendations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimumย 4โ6 yearsย of operations experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B
- Proven experience managingย multiple outlets
- Strong exposure toย new store openings and events
- Knowledge of operational SOPs, food safety, and health & safety standards
