Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Steel Structure to manage and supervise steel erection and installation activities at project sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, quality workmanship, and strict compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to structural steel fabrication and erection
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and workers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Inspect steel installation, alignment, welding, and bolting works
• Enforce strict HSE and safety regulations on site
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
• Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel structure projects (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and fabrication works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of site safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
