Job Title:Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Executive Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on promoting and selling prefab cabins, modular buildings, kiosks, security cabins, bus stop shelters, and related factory products across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including projects, contractors, and corporate clients across the UAE.
• Generate leads and close sales through calls, site visits, emails, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with engineering and estimation teams to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in prefab structures, modular buildings, construction materials, engineering products, or industrial sales.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is and car are mandatory.

Working Conditions

• Combination of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
• Frequent client visits and coordination with internal teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
