Responsibilities & Duties:

Experience in dealing with OFF-PLAN project (advantage)
Close property deals and reach sales targets
Generating new business against Primary Sales volume and revenue targets with off-plan launches and inventory sales
Build relationships with potential clients and high net worth investors
Communicate with clients of all nationalities on the phone, via face to face and online meetings
High conversion ratios, transacting regularly from company marketing and generating own leads from multiple channels
Generate referrals from existing clients and channel partners, both locally and in international markets

Leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate.

Required Experience:
2-year experience in off plan sales
UAE Driving license is an advantage
Can speak fluent English +Arabic
