Laundry Manager

Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicatedย Laundry Managerย to join our team inย Qatar. The ideal candidate must have aย minimum of 3 years of experience in the GCC, with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of laundry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of laundry staff
  • Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of all laundry equipment and machinery
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the laundry facility
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, and chemicals
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, hospitality) for laundry service requirements
  • Prepare reports and records related to laundry operations and staff performance
  • Resolve customer and client complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor costs and implement efficiency improvements without compromising service quality
  • Ensure timely handling of large-volume laundry in a fast-paced environment
