General Duties

• Oversee daily operations, manpower deployment, and task execution.
• Ensure all workers adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of housekeeping and landscaping areas.
• Maintain attendance, weekly rosters, and duty allocation.
• Coordinate with the client representative for daily tasks, complaints, and special requests.
• Ensure availability of equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with approved SLA/KPI.
• Provide training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance for staff.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping/horticulture supervision.
• Knowledge of plant species, soil types, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscaping equipment.
• Strong leadership and outdoor supervision skills.

Qualifications & Certification Requirements

All supervisors shall meet the following minimum criteria:

• Minimum of higher secondary education (Diploma in relevant field preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in relevant supervisory roles.
• Training in HSE practices, chemical handling, and equipment safety.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel, mobile apps, etc.).
