Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings
  • Provide travel advice, options, and quotations to customers
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Prepare itineraries, invoices, and travel documentation
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and problemโ€‘solving skills
