Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings
- Provide travel advice, options, and quotations to customers
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare itineraries, invoices, and travel documentation
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and problemโsolving skills
