The role

As Store Manager, you will oversee the operations and teams of one of our stores across the UAE. Apart from “just” managing, you will also be directly in touch with customers and living our credo of ‘We don’t sell – we forge relationships’. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

• As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry;
  • Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar;
  • Ideally relevant certification in sales, management, or project management from accredited providers;
  • Outstanding communication skills in English;
  • Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
