Job Summary

RKS Global Visa Services is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, promoting visa and immigration-related services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding visa and immigration services.
• Promote company services and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone calls, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Generate leads through social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and English language
• Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Active and confident in using social media platforms.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in visa consultancy, education consultancy, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE market and visa processes is an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month + Attractive Commission

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
