Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.

Requirements:

• Valid Crane Operator license/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating cranes in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of crane safety procedures and load handling.
• Ability to inspect equipment before operation and report any defects.
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and lifting plans.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with site teams.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow lifting plans and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with riggers, supervisors, and site personnel during lifting operations.
• Ensure proper placement and movement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain records and report any operational issues.
