Job Title: Site Supervisor – Fit-Out / Villa Renovation

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for villa renovation, interior fit-out and finishing projects in Dubai.

The candidate must have strong site experience in fit-out, civil works, gypsum, painting, tiles, marble, joinery, MEP coordination and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for villa renovation and interior fit-out projects.
• Manage workers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate civil works, gypsum, painting, tiles, marble, joinery, electrical, plumbing and AC works.
• Read and understand drawings, layouts and project requirements.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Check materials, site measurements and work progress.
• Prepare daily site updates, photos and progress reports.
• Control site quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Identify site issues and solve them quickly.
• Support snagging, handover and final project completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out / construction / villa renovation.
• Strong experience in luxury villas, residential projects and interior finishing.
• Good knowledge of civil works, finishing works and MEP coordination.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors on site.
• Ability to read drawings and follow project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Own car is a strong advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
