Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell mobility, rehabilitation, orthopedic, and physiotherapy products and solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within government and private healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities, purchase orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and quotations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal departments.

Market Development

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand company’s product portfolio and market presence.
  • Support the introduction of new products and solutions with strong commercial potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in medical equipment, physiotherapy equipment, rehabilitation products, orthopedic products, or healthcare sales.
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities in the UAE is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes and healthcare procurement is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
