Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell mobility, rehabilitation, orthopedic, and physiotherapy products and solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within government and private healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on sales opportunities, purchase orders, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and quotations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and after-sales support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal departments.
Market Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand company’s product portfolio and market presence.
- Support the introduction of new products and solutions with strong commercial potential.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in medical equipment, physiotherapy equipment, rehabilitation products, orthopedic products, or healthcare sales.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities in the UAE is preferred.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and healthcare procurement is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
