Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Travel Consultant is responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients, with an emphasis on maximizing satisfaction and growing the client base. This role covers both corporate and leisure travel sales, requiring the consultant to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and book travel services for corporate and leisure clients.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information about travel options.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and send quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
- Keep records of bookings, transactions, and client communications.
- Use travel software and MS Office tools to manage bookings and prepare reports.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a travel consultant, including corporate travel sales in Mumbai, India.
- Proven track record in handling both leisure and business travel arrangements.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Clear communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required.

- Must currently reside in the UAE.
- Immediate joining is required.
