About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Arabic is mandatory
