Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our luxury furniture brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both B2B and B2C furniture sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while promoting premium furniture solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, property developers, contractors, hotels, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and approach potential customers for residential and commercial furniture projects.
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Promote product collections and seasonal campaigns to target audiences.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the showroom, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2โ€“5 years of experience in furniture sales, luxury furniture, home dรฉcor, interiors, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Strong network within the UAE furniture, interior design, real estate, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to close sales.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
