Event Planning & Coordination

  • Meet with clients to determine event goals, budgets, and preferences.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate venue booking, vendor selection, and service contracts.
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage event logistics including catering, entertainment, equipment, transportation, and accommodation (if required).
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote upcoming events.
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Design and manage event promotions, ads, and countdowns to boost visibility and ticket sales.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries to boost engagement.
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Client & Vendor Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and service providers.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Gather post-event feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain databases of vendors, venues, and past event details.
  • Organize and archive media from events for marketing use.
