Event Planning & Coordination
- Meet with clients to determine event goals, budgets, and preferences.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Coordinate venue booking, vendor selection, and service contracts.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage event logistics including catering, entertainment, equipment, transportation, and accommodation (if required).
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote upcoming events.
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Design and manage event promotions, ads, and countdowns to boost visibility and ticket sales.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries to boost engagement.
- Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Client & Vendor Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and service providers.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and partners.
- Gather post-event feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Maintain databases of vendors, venues, and past event details.
- Organize and archive media from events for marketing use.
