Sales Executive – Personal Care & Cosmetics | Arabic & English
We are a UAE-based cosmetics and personal care manufacturing company looking for a motivated Sales Executive who speaks fluent Arabic and English.
The role involves finding new clients, following up with leads, presenting our products and manufacturing capabilities, and closing sales opportunities. Our customers may include distributors, wholesalers, traders, salons, beauty shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, private label brands, and export clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and contact potential customers.
- Approach distributors, wholesalers, traders, salons, beauty shops, and private label clients.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Present our cosmetics and personal care products to potential customers.
- Explain our manufacturing and private label capabilities.
- Follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with management on pricing and offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Track leads, follow-ups, sales activity, and results.
- Support company growth in the UAE and export markets.
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic and English are required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality.
- Comfortable contacting new clients and following up consistently.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and basic computer tools.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- UAE driving license and own car are strongly preferred, as the role may require client visits across the UAE.
