Job Summary

The Events Sales Coordinator will support the Events Team by managing lead generation, lead qualification, and initial client communication. The role is responsible for ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and qualified opportunities are transferred to the Events Manager for closing and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Conduct cold calls and generate new event leads.

ยท Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

ยท Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and event details.

ยท Schedule meetings and venue visits for Events Managers.

ยท Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.

ยท Follow up with prospective clients and nurture opportunities.

ยท Prepare weekly sales and lead pipeline reports.

ยท Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the Events Manager.

Requirements

ยท 1โ€“2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or events.

ยท Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ยท Confident in conducting cold calls and follow-ups.

ยท Highly organized and detail-oriented.

ยท Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.

KPIs (you will receive KPI- Based commission)

ยท Number of outbound calls made.

ยท Qualified leads generated.

ยท Meetings and site visits scheduled.

ยท Lead conversion rate.
