VR International is a Dubai-based trading company with over 13 years of successful operations. Following substantial business growth over the past year, we are expanding our operations team and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our growing international trading activities. We are in the consumer electronics business of branded Hardware / Soft ware.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipment activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics providers, warehouses and transport companies.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, airway bills and related logistics documents.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Coordinate closely with the finance and accounting team regarding shipment costs, invoices, and payment-related documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all logistics documentation is complete and properly filed.
• Support management with logistics reporting and operational updates.
• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delays and documentation issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs documentation and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Candidates from Tamil Nadu, India, are preferred.
