This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service center. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing records, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred
- Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
