Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations across all company sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, implementing security procedures, and ensuring the safety and protection of company assets, facilities, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across all sites.
- Manage and supervise security personnel and contractors.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor access control systems, surveillance systems, and site security activities.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed security reports.
- Coordinate emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and emergency services when required.
