About the Family:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nanny to join our family and provide support for our three children, ages 6, 8, and 10. We’re seeking someone who is not only reliable but also excited to assist with their homework, school activities, and overall development in a fun and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Homework Assistance: Help the children with their daily homework assignments, ensuring they understand their lessons and develop good study habits.
• School Projects & Activities: Support and guide the children in their school projects, art assignments, and extracurricular activities.
• Afterschool Care: Pick-up from school (if needed), prepare healthy snacks, and supervise afterschool activities such as games, reading, or outdoor play.
• Structured Routine: Assist in maintaining a consistent routine that balances schoolwork, chores, and fun, ensuring the children stay on track and feel supported.
• Encouraging Physical Activity: Plan and engage in outdoor or physical activities to promote a healthy lifestyle and ensure the children remain active.
• Positive Role Model: Foster a positive environment that encourages good behavior, communication, and strong academic habits.
• Regular Updates: Communicate with parents about the children’s progress, schoolwork, and any concerns or accomplishments.
• Light Housekeeping: Help with tidying up the children’s areas, keeping their play and study spaces organized and clean.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably ages 6-10, in a nanny, tutor, or childcare role.
• Strong understanding of elementary school curriculum and ability to assist with homework and projects.
• Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
• Dependable and organized.
• Ability to create a fun, safe, and structured environment for children.
