Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Showroom Cashier to join our automotive dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer payments, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring smooth daily cash operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer payments through cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the company’s system.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare cash collection reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance departments regarding customer payments.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to payments, invoices, and account settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all payment records.
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularities immediately to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably within the automotive industry, retail, or a dealership environment.
  • Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, POS, or dealership management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
