Job Description
1.JOB PURPOSE
To improve the numeric and weighted distribution of each brand/SKU and maintain the availability and visibility in the modern trade outlets (supermarkets), whereby weekly ordering and follow up for deliveries, Maintaining share of shelf as per BDA/ market share.
2.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 1 years of local UAE experience in similar role or 2 yearsโ experience in related role in FMCG.
- Graduate.
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
- Good communication skills (particularly Listening) in English, Hindi.
- UAE driving license.
- Open to be relocated within UAE
3.KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
Financial:
- To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value
- Achieve budgeted Receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory.
Trade:
- To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times
- 100% compliance to journey plans
- Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times.
- To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)
- To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and also explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance.
- To ensure all-round availability of listed SKUโs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.
- To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
- To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO.
- To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
- To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
- To execute all promotional/activation etc as per targeted norms/timelines.
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)
OTHER:
ยง To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.

- Quick learner with strong perseverance skills
- Good eye for opportunities (new space/listings etc.)
- Proficiency in Preparing, measuring, tracking (gilling gaps) and achieving target by keeping good grip on execution
- Full understanding of dynamics of FMCE products/trade in UAE.
- Dynamic & Energetic team player with an open, positive & curious mind
- Efficient, Result-Oriented with good problem Solving skills
- Very communicative and expressive
