Position: Control Room Operator (Highway O&M)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor highway traffic and operations using CCTV, traffic management systems, and communication devices.
• Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or emergencies and coordinate with field teams and emergency services.
• Maintain communication with patrolling units, maintenance teams, and stakeholders.
• Record, report, and document all incidents, faults, and operational activities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities through system monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational guidelines, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/IT/Transportation or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in Control Room Operations / Traffic Management / Highway O&M is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, monitoring systems, traffic software).
• Flexible to work in shifts (24/7 operations).
