Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the repair and maintenance team
• Ensure that work is performed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and quality of work
• Allocate tasks to technicians and assist with troubleshooting when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and issues
• Assist in training and guiding new staff members

Candidate Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join the team
• Previous experience in vehicle repair or garage operations is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
