Lovilux Beauty Salon is a luxury women-led ladies salon in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi. We are known for our high standards, welcoming atmosphere, strong hygiene practices, and multicultural team.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Receptionist who loves beauty, enjoys working with people, and can create an amazing client experience from the moment clients walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and create a luxury experience
• Manage appointments and bookings
• Experience using Fresha or similar salon booking systems
• Answer WhatsApp messages and calls professionally
• Create and post social media content and promotions
• Help create advertisements and salon offers
• Support daily salon operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous salon receptionist experience preferred
• Experience with Fresha or salon booking systems required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, welcoming and confident personality
• Comfortable with social media posting and marketing
• Organized and able to multitask
• English required
