- Offer attentive service, adapting to guest needs and preferences
- Listen actively to guest feedback and ensure timely follow-up
- Build strong guest relationships, offer helpful advice, and promote loyalty
- Manage the welcome desk, seat allocation, and reservation book
- Ensure guests are seated comfortably and receive the best available options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and restaurant
- Stay informed about daily menu items and any shortages before each shift
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition

- Strong command of written and spoken English communication skills
