Sales Intern

Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, build valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to achieving our business goals. You will assist the Sales team in managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and executing administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the department.

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service
  • Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks and support sales initiatives
  • Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other relevant documents
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Help maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings, site inspections, and sales events
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services, pricing, and availability
  • Support internal communication and collaboration between departments to meet sales goals
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
