We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at a premier hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing upscale dining services, leading teams, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. This position plays a key role in maintaining service excellence and driving operational performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service consistently
• Manage daily operations including inventory control, order management, and cleanliness across all service areas
• Maintain high standards for quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings in line with brand expectations
• Oversee departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation
• Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure a superior dining experience
• Plan and implement staff training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and corporate operational standards
• Support the planning and smooth execution of events, banquets, and group functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in higher level roles within luxury hotel brands. (Required)
• Strong team leadership and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of food service operations, inventory control, and guest satisfaction strategies
• Arabic Speaking candidates preferred.
