Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structured training programs for all levels of restaurant staff, from crew to supervisors.
  • Deliver onboarding, brand induction, and customer service training to ensure team readiness from day one.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs such as service time, guest satisfaction, and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain training documentation, manuals, and tracking tools aligned with brand and operational standards.
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives, SOPs, and LTOs (Limited-Time Offers) by ensuring staff readiness.
  • Mentor and coach on-site trainers or training captains at outlet level.
  • Leverage digital tools, e-learning platforms, and in-store coaching to drive training efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of training or supervisory experience in a structured QSR environment (e.g., international or system-driven brands).
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service excellence.
  • Proven ability to train frontline staff in SOPs, safety standards, and customer engagement.
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing training rollouts across units.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with LMS or digital training tools.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, HR, or related field preferred.
