Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading and transporting luggage to guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, provide information about hotel facilities, and answer any initial questions.
- Deliver luggage and other items to guest rooms promptly and with care.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including calling taxis or directing to shuttle services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk team regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Ensure all luggage is properly tagged and accounted for to prevent loss or misplacement.
- Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities as requested by guests.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support guest services.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of the local area and transportation options is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
