Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading and transporting luggage to guest rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, provide information about hotel facilities, and answer any initial questions.
  • Deliver luggage and other items to guest rooms promptly and with care.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including calling taxis or directing to shuttle services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk team regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Ensure all luggage is properly tagged and accounted for to prevent loss or misplacement.
  • Provide directions and information about local attractions and amenities as requested by guests.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support guest services.

Qualifications


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of the local area and transportation options is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
