Client Office Admin cum Document Controller โ Building Construction Projects, Arjan (near to Miracle Garden), Dubai.
We are seeking aย highly organized and detail-oriented Client Office Admin cum Document Controllerย to support theย Client Projects Managerย in the execution of building construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control
- Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents (drawings, technical submittals, correspondences, etc.).
- Ensure all documents are properly logged, distributed, and archived in accordance with project document control procedures.
- Maintain document numbering systems and file naming conventions.
- Track and monitor document revisions, approvals, and transmittals.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure security of sensitive information.
2. Office Administration
- Provide administrative support to the clientโs project management and site teams.
- Coordinate office communications, schedules, and meetings.
- Handle incoming emails, and correspondence on behalf of the client office.
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
3. Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely document exchange and response.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports, document logs, and meeting minutes.
- Follow up on pending approvals, submissions, and correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimumย 3โ7 years of experienceย in document control and administrative roles within theย buildingย construction industryย (client-side or consultancy preferred).
- Knowledge of document control systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient inย MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Note:
Only candidates with relevant experience as anย Admin or Document Controllerย in building construction projects will be considered.
