Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant, responsible, and professional Security Guard to oversee the safety and security of our premises, property, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, enforce security guidelines, and respond promptly to any security issues or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points for visitors, employees, contractors, and vehicles. Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Patrols & Inspection: Conduct regular physical security patrols across the facilities, warehouses, and surrounding areas to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV camera systems and alarm monitors to maintain continuous oversight of the property.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, fires, alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established emergency procedures.
• Record Keeping: Prepare daily log sheets, incident reports, and shift handovers detailing any unusual occurrences or safety concerns.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce company security policies, health and safety protocols, and UAE local municipality regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Security Guard (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Licensing: SIRA (Dubai) or ASSSD/PSBD (Abu Dhabi) license is a major advantage.
• Communication: Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written); Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
• Personal Traits: High level of integrity, professional demeanor, alertness, and strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert throughout extended shift hours.

Work Schedule & Location

• Shift Duration: 12 hours per shift (day or night rotation)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (or rotational shift schedule with rest days)
• Work Location: On-site / Dubai
