Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organizedย Document Controllerย with anย Accounting backgroundย and good knowledge ofย Administration works. The candidate should be capable of handling company documents, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and supporting accounts and office administration activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all company documents and records properly.
- Prepare, organize, and update files, reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Procurement, and Site teams.
- Assist in accounting-related documentation and record keeping.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and approvals.
- Maintain proper filing system for softcopy and hardcopy documents.
- Support daily office administration activities.
- Prepare reports, letters, and data entries in Excel and ERP systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree or Diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2โ4 years of experience as Document Controller / Admin Assistant / Accounts Assistant.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Administration procedures.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction or contracting industry documentation.
- Familiar with invoice handling, quotations, LPOs, and filing systems.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
