Weโ€™re Hiring: Personal Assistant | Dubai

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private family in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining calendars for children and family schedules
  • Liaising and coordinating with schools
  • Managing all personal travel arrangements
  • Coordinating maintenance of household equipment and follow-ups
  • Managing staff rota and schedules
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day household coordination

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar Personal Assistant / Household Coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools and digital systems for scheduling and coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced private household environment
