Role Description

The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting personnel, materials, and documents as assigned, while adhering to traffic laws and schedules, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and clean, and maintaining accurate records of trips and vehicle inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1) Transportation & Driving

• Safely transport staff, materials, or documents as assigned
• Follow traffic laws, designated routes, and schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.

2) Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

• Conduct daily inspections of fuel, oil, tires, lights, and other vehicle components.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or malfunctions promptly.

3) Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and related documentation.
• Report incidents, delays, or vehicle issues to management in a timely manner.

4) Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, materials, and the vehicle at all times.

Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Secondary/High school qualification is mandatory.(Copy of the documents needs to be submitted as a part of hiring process).
• UAE driving license mandatory
• 2 – 3 year experience in driving in UAE
• Strong knowledge and understanding on UAE driving rules
