Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a ladies salon or wellness spa
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Experience handling calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
• Able to manage staff schedules, attendance, and duty arrangements
• Basic cashiering and payment handling experience
• Ability to recommend spa treatments and promote packages/memberships
• Daily reporting and feedback to management
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally and politely
• Keep reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Good multitasking and teamwork skills
• Basic computer and booking system knowledge preferred
• Can work under pressure during busy hours
• Punctual, responsible, and organized

Main Duties

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Arrange appointments and therapist schedules
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat bookings
• Coordinate with therapists and managers for daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception area
• Support smooth daily spa operations and customer experience
