Bartender
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring an excellent guest experience, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed and informing management of shortages.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed, such as serving food or assisting with special events.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
