Secretary / Admin Coordinator (UAE)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveย Secretary / Admin Coordinatorย to support our office operations in an ELV / technical environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimumย 2โ€“5 years experienceย in a similar role in the UAE
  • Proficiency inย MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge ofย AutoCAD (ability to open drawings, print, and do simple edits like text, layers, and plotting)
  • Strong communication skills inย English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handleย calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Prepare and manageย documents, letters, and basic reports
  • Assist withย AutoCAD drawings (printing, plotting, minor edits, file management)
  • Maintainย filing systems (digital and hard copy)
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for management
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Supportย project and sales teams with administrative tasks
  • Track and organize office documentation and submissions

Preferred:

  • Experience inย ELV / construction / engineering companies
  • Familiarity withย tender documentation and project filing systems
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and layouts

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
